HEATHENS. The name of the illegal organisation—or gang, if
you will—that never ceases to headline every newspaper distr
ibuted in the United States, with at least one member commi
tting a treacherous crime by the double. If people thought 19
20s Chicago was terrifying with the infamous Al Capone and hi
s gang roaming the streets, then 2030 just got a whole lot wors
e. Circling the alleyways, highways and streets of New York Ci
ty—the Big Apple—is the notorious Heathens, anonymous in the
sense that no one knows their true counterparts. The names th
at make the media are nothing but mere pseudonyms.

With headquarters located directly underneath NYC, Heathens
has kept up the tradition of training and teaching young memb
ers—typically orphans taken into the organisation—the ways of
their gang and, of course, fighting. Children as young as seven
learned how to use guns, knives and a wide range of defence t
actics since the incredulously young age and, at the end of the
day, they didn't know any better. They were being bred to pur
e killing machines and they weren't even aware of it.

TL;DR — This roleplay is based around about six to ten young a
dults that have been within the gang Heathens for as long as th
ey can remember, due to either being orphans and taken under
the wing of a leader—or because they are the offspring of anoth
er gang member. All in all, they fight. They commit crime. The
y kill. That was what they were bred to do. It's all they know.
